Who we are
Glenmore Digital is a social media agency based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our founder Alvina Anidu is the person responsible for privacy. You can reach her at alvina@glenmoredigital.com or 403-383-1707.
What we collect
When you book a call. The booking form asks for your name, the name of your restaurant or business, your Instagram handle and your email address. You can also tell us what you are interested in, which is optional. We ask for nothing else.
When you contact us directly. If you email, phone or message us on Instagram we receive whatever you choose to send.
When you visit this website. Our host Cloudflare handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type so it can deliver the site and keep it secure. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not follow you across other websites. We only see totals, such as how many times a page was viewed, which site sent the visit, the country and the type of device.
We do not take payments or collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
- To arrange your call and prepare for it.
- To reply to your questions.
- To understand which pages of the site are useful.
We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
How the booking form works
The form does not save your details on this website. When you press Book a call your browser carries them to Calendly, a scheduling service, so that its booking page is already filled in. Calendly then holds your booking under its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the services we use to run the business: Calendly for scheduling, Cloudflare for hosting and visit counts, and our email and calendar providers. Some of these store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of that country. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us or for as long as the law requires. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it. Email alvina@glenmoredigital.com and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are not happy with our answer you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Photos and videos on this site
If you appear in a photo or video on this site and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down. Some images and videos are labelled as AI-generated. The people in those are not real.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Other websites
This site links to Calendly and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply once you are there.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
